FB500Z B/W
FB500Z is one-component room temperature curing elastic adhesive based on silane terminated
polymers and free from organotin compounds. FB500Z is suitable for adhesion and seal of
electric/electronic components and the other uses in which the use of tin compounds is restricted.
' For uses restricted the use of tin compounds.
' For bonding metals or rigid plastics.
' For bonding between adherends with different thermal expansion confficients.
' For uses required resistant to impact or vibrations.
* FB500Z is not applicable to polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone resin, and fluorine resin.
' Meets the requirements specified in Annex XVII of REACH, Commission Regulation (EU)
No. 276/2010.
' Free from 6 RoHS restricted substances (cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, and its
compounds, and specific brominated flame retardants (PBBs and PBDEs)).
' Free from low molecular cyclic polysiloxanes that can cause contact failure.
' Resistance to stress or thermal change because of elasticity after curing.
